Until when can I order for same-day delivery?
Orders received by 16:00 Sunday to Thursday, and by 12:00 on Fridays and holiday eves, are delivered the same day in Tiberias and the surrounding area. There are no deliveries on Saturdays.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We deliver in Tiberias and nearby towns and villages using external couriers. The fee depends on the distance and is shown at checkout once you choose the town, before payment.
Can I pick up the bouquet myself?
Yes, pick-up is free from our shop at 18 HaYarden St., Tiberias (Sun–Thu 10:00–20:00, Fri 7:00–15:00), or from our stall at the entrance to HaGalil St. on Fridays and holiday eves, 7:00–15:00.
How long will the bouquet stay fresh?
With fresh water every two days and a 2 cm angled trim, most of our bouquets last about a week. A care card is included with every order.
Can I add a personal greeting?
Yes. A hand-written greeting card is free with every order, and you can send anonymously as a surprise. You can also add a vase, a balloon or chocolate.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards and the other methods offered by our secure payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure page and are never stored by us.
